Wow!!! It was such an exciting morning with the debut of my very own first live one hour show on WDCX 99.5FM!! Dr. Sam Shatkin was awesome, and I am so grateful to Keri, Michael, Steve and the behind the scenes crew that made it happen.
Thank you all for your emails, facebooks postings, text messages etc. from those of you who heard the show. I am so thrilled that you enjoyed it and we really haven’t begun the journey yet at all so stay tuned! I am so grateful to God for the calling he has on my life – and for the opportunity to serve and help others. I pray that God uses me as a vessel and instrument to help all of you out there, be healthy and fit and live an abundant life to do HIS will! I’m so excited about this journey with you and look forward to hearing from you all! Stay tuned!! We will be adding to this sight as time goes on with recipes, fit tips, nutrition info etc. We have a lot more we want to publish here my friends – so keep checking in! It’s all for you….
