Robbie’s Healthy High Protein and Fiber Chocolate Chip Cookies
Prep time 12 minutes – Bake time 10 minutes-
Set oven at 350 degrees F
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut oil
2 Organic Eggs
4 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of coconut crystals
4 tbsp of coconut nectar
4 tsp of pure vanilla extract
3 cups of Blanched Almond Flour
4 tbsp of Coconut Flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix melted coconut oil and egg together
Add remainder of ingredients and mix by hand for 2 minutes
Place on cookie sheet coated with a thin layer of coconut oil
Bake for 10-12 minutes
