This is one of my favorite Raw Recipes from my cooking class at Feel Rite Fresh Markets! Enjoy!
Thai Peanut Noodles:
1 pk of Kelp Noodles – Soak them in water for two hours or follow directions on pkg.
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of raw honey or coconut nectar
3 tbsp of soy sauce or Braggs Liquid aminos
2 tbsp of Braggs apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of fresh ginger or powder
1 tsp of red pepper
1/4 cup of shredded carrots
2 tbsp of finely chopped Kale
Mix all and enjoy!!
