Important Reminder on DNA
Dear Friends –
We hope you are all doing well. We have an important update to those who have taken our DNA tests! If this doesn’t pertain to you, please disregard.
You probably know that as technology advances, everything changes. With that said, the DNA Health and Nutrition company we have partnered with is updating their tests once again to a more comprehensive test and also new patient portal.
We are so excited to offer this newest more comprehensive test and technology at Raw Truth Integrative Health this summer.
The current test has been around since 1996 and has been updated periodically. We have been using the current test at Raw Truth Health for the past 4 years, however it is being discontinued as of this month as the technology improves and we prepare for the new test and portal.
*****All test results from the past few years and up to this point have already been sent to your email. With that said, the current patient portal you have access to now is shutting down as of April 29th 2023 and we will be moving to the more advanced portal.
Here’s the important part:
Most of you have downloaded your reports as you received them and that is good.
**If you have not downloaded your DNA test results as of yet, you will have until April 29th to do so. After that, the portal will be shut down as mentioned and you will not have access to it anymore, nor will I.
**Again, if you haven’t downloaded your DNA reports, you will need to do it before April 29th.
