Hello Friends,
Well it’s been a couple months since I have sent out a newsletter and I apologize for that, but I’ve been extremely busy with a wonderful life change! My 91 year old Mom moved in with us a couple months ago, and we are so blessed and thrilled to have her with us, as everyday with her is a blessing. She says the the key to her longevity is not sweating the small stuff and eating her biscotti’s daily! How can I argue with that? So I let her have her biscotti’s whenever she wants. She is so witty and always has such an amazing positive outlook on life and strong belief in God, I admire her in so many ways. I have cut down on some of my commitments to spend more time with Mom, as I fully realize that she is living on borrowed time. I couldn’t be more honored to have this opportunity to spend more time with my Mom at this beautiful stage of her life.

So, many of you have asked for the dates of my next 12 week program, and unlike other years, I will not be offering a program during the Holidays this year. The dates and time for my next Free Health /Nutrition Seminars and 12 Week Program are as follows:
Free Health Seminars are:
Thursday Jan 9th at 12pm at the Evans BAC
or
Thursday January 9th at 7pm at the Aesthetic Associate Center in Amherst NY.
12 Week Healthy Eating (TLS) Classes start:
Thursday January 16th at 12pm at the Evans BAC or
Thursday January 16th at 7pm at the Aesthetic Associate Center
This next year, I will be enforcing class size limitations in an effort to keep the groups smaller. All class sizes will be limited to 20 people max. If you plan on taking the January programs I highly suggest you register as soon as possible before the free info sessions. Please note, I may not be teaching every class, however I will be there as much as I can, and have hired some wonderful trainers to assist me and fill in, that teach exactly what I teach.

NEW Classes for 2014!!!
Starting in January 2014, I will be offering Holistic Health and Nutrition Classes once per month (yearly calendar with time/dates/location TBA). This will be much different from my 12 week program where the program is focused on the low glycemic index. I have learned over 100 dietary theories at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition which I graduated from last year. The curriculum and agenda for this new program and sessions will also be on my web site, but will include topics each month such as Making Green Smoothies; Foods to boost your immune system; the anticancer diet; boosting your metabolism; cutting the cravings; Hunger and Food addictions; Managing stress; open forum discussions and more!
I am so excited to once again offer The Raw Truth Healthy Eating Bible Study and; New Daniel Plan. As in the past, this bible study will be offered once per week for 1.5 hour starting Tuesday January 7th 2014 at 11am. The Cirriculum which has been based on Raw Truth Healthy Eating Signature Bible Study, will also be in conjunction with The NEW biblically based program called “The Daniel Plan” Healthier Life.

Well it’s Thanksgiving time in Canada and in the US, and I hope you all take the time to count your blessings big and small.
So as the Holidays close in on us, remember that you should add another workout to your routine as we all do a little more eating and partying than normal.
