Dear Friends,
The reaction I’ve received now that people are reading the book has been awesome, and I am blown away. I’ve received many heart felt emails and messages from people who said the book has changed their life in many ways just in the last couple weeks it was released. It has inspired people of all ages to make positive changes toward a healthy lifestyle, healthier relationships, increased energy, hope and faith where there was no hope or faith, a better self image and acceptance, a belief in God, and the list goes on and on. I haven’t even read or responded to all the letters, notes and messages I have received yet, but I intend to.
People have been inspired to work out every day that never have worked out before. Others have already lost 10-20 lbs in the past month of following The Raw Truth Recharge in the book. Many others are sending me pictures of the delicious Raw Truth Recharge recipes from the book they are making in their own kitchen. It’s very surreal, as I think I was so busy writing the book, I didn’t give much thought to the feedback I would receive after the book release, and I see God’s hand in all of it.
All I can say is to God be the Glory, because for me, this book and all I have had the opportunity to do, would not be possible without God, nor would it even matter. I am grateful and humbled to have even a small impact in helping people take care of their “mobile home’s and “temporary earths suits” as I like to call our bodies here on earth. Our lives are like a vapor, and while we are here, we might as well do what we can do to live that abundant life we are designed to live – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
