I put lavender in our diffuser and used in on my Mom’s feet and back of her neck to help her sleep. I use On Guard to help keep my family health, and lemons for my water! I have a whole medicine chest of oils which help me and my entire family.
Did you ever read up in the Bible how many times Oils were mentioned. Check out Frankincense – Exodus 30:34 – Leviticus 2:1-2; 2:15-16; 5:11 many other places in the Bible! These are healing oils…used for hundreds of years.. Check out PubMed for clinical documentation of their effectiveness!
