Two of my own Fav Healthy Cookie recipes:
Robbie’s Applesauce Banana Oatmeal Cookies:
2 cups oats 2 super ripe bananas 1 cup applesauce (If you don’t have any take 1 1/2 apples and placed it in the bullet or Vitamix with a little water ) handful of craisins, choc chips and chopped walnuts sprinkle of cinnamon sprinkle of salt. Put the bananas into the vitamix or bullet with the homemade applesauce, added the cinnamon and salt to mix all together. Then pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture (oats, chips, nuts, craisins) Mixed everything together. Bake at 350 for @20-25 minutes.
Robbie’s Healthy Pumpkin Cookies:
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled or steel cut oats
1/2 cup organic applesauce
1/2 cup almond slivers
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp. coconut Nector
1/3 cup dark chocolate morsels
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
3. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Scoop into 1.5 inch “cookies.”
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Makes about 20 cookies/bars.
