Happy finally summer!! I hope this finds you well! Thought I’d send an update on our upcoming events and a wonderful recipe for summertime!

Women’s Unstoppable Conference

Here’s a wonderful ‘Ice Cream” recipe for the summer! I like to add protein powder to mine!
Blueberry-Banana “Ice Cream”
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced or you can use powdered Ginger
Dash Cinnamon
Couple Tablespoons of Nut Milk – such as Almond Milk, Coconut Milk etc.
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until just combined. If it’s too thick, you can add a little coconut or almond milk.
2. Pour creamy mixture into your favorite bowl, marvel at the beauty, and savor every little bite.
